New York 979; ca. late 1930s; Ladies' and Misses' Dress. Waist with high neck and zipper closing, perforated for V-neck with shirring at front, with or without collar. Long sleeves perforated for shot sleeves and three-quarter length sleeves, seamed and shirred at sides. Attached three-piece skirt.
