Pictorial Review 3700; ca. 1920s; Girls' and Juniors' Frock. Very chic is this bolero frock for the young girl, with its patch pockets and narrow belt. The long one-piece sleeves have turn-back cuffs, but the dress is also designed for short sleeves. The bolero and the upper front section are stitched together at the underarm and shoulder seams. The back is in one piece, but is perforated so that it can be cut in two pieces if necessary.
