Pictorial Review 4337; ca. 1928; Women's and Misses' Frock: Side panels which extend smartly below the hem give distinction to this frock. Tie-ends, attached to the back yoke and tied in front, are introduced at the V-neck. The long one-piece sleeves are close-fitting. Accenting the low waistline is a scalloped based inserted between the blouse and two-piece skirt, the latter being trimmed with two deep flounces.
After Germaine Lecomte according to Pictorial Review, May 1928 (Ref.)
