Pictorial Review 4403; ca. 1928; Pantie Frock. Sizes 1 to 5 years. Made in dotted voile, the front yoke may be slashed crosswise, and a tie slipped through. This little model closes on the left shoulder, and is gathered under the arms as well as the center front. It is made cheaply with ease with the aid of a Pictorial Review printed pattern. Dotted crepe-de-chine and radium are other materials which are effectively used, or the frock may be developed in a solid color. Picture from July 1928 Pictorial flyer.
