Pictorial Review 5532; ca. 1930s; Women's and Misses' Frock. A decorative yoke, extending over the shoulders, lend a picturesque air to this frock, which may be made with short puff sleeves or long tight ones. The peplum and circular skirt are attached to bodice at natural waistline under the belt. Perforations are given for short skirt.
