Pictorial Review 5533; 1930s; Women's and Misses' Frock. This model adopts the scarf theme by slipping a bow through a bound opening at the left side of the collar. The deep side-pleat simulates a lapped-over closing while the one-piece back is perforated to be cut in two sections. The long sleeves may be plain, trimmed with deep roll-back cuffs, or short.
