Pictorial Review 6938; ca. 1930s;  Misses' Coat-Dress.  The trim sailor collar crosses in front, the right side extending into a band, and the left buttoning to the frock.  The skirt panel may be stitched down part way in pleat effect, or all the way down.  Sleeves may be long and trimmed with applied bands, or short and of novel cut.  Collar ma be omitted.
