Pictorial Review 6954; ca. 1934; Adapted from Jeanne Lanvin - Woman's and Misses' frock. Its a two-piece frock, made with a chic over-blouse, and uniquely pleated skirt. The sleeves are cut in one with the front yolk and the back. The little roll-over collar is especially attractive with the pleated jabot. You may make it sleeveless with a rever neckline.
