Pictorial Review 7232; 1930s; Women's and Misses' Frock. Smart and becoming is this wrap-around frock, dart-fitted, front and back at the waist-line. A belt is attached to either side of the front and fastens smartly in back. Short puff sleeves and long dart-fitted sleeves are provided. The rippled jabot is an effective neck finish.
