Pictorial Review 7658; 1930s; Women’s and Misses’ Frock. The convertible neckline is an important feature of this Simple-to-Sew frock. Blouse may be buttoned high or rolled low to form a deep rever. Long or short sleeves are cut in one with the blouse. The attached skirt is slim and straight. Width, size 16, about 1 ½ yard.
