Pictorial Review 7994; ca. 1930s; Clown Suit “Krazy Klown costume for happy masqueraders of varying ages and very effective in contrasting colors. A huge ruff finishes the neck, and frills appear at the wrists and ankles. The hat is in one piece, turned back and faced to form a brim. Pompoms trim the hat and front of the suit.
