Pictorial Review 8192; ca. 1930s; Misses' Frock. Crosswise tucks in the blouse, left free over the arms to form sleeve frills, distinguish this model. The back may be high or cut down in a deep V. The pointed girdle gives a high-waisted effect, and the eight-gored floor-length skirt flared below the knee.
