Pictorial Review 8820; ca. late 1930s; Girls' Frock. A quaint little costume consisting of a jumper with flaring skirt and snug-fitting bodice finished with suspender-straps, and a guimpe that may be made collarless or with a Peter Pan collar, and with short puffs or long sleeves gathered at the wrists.
