Pictorial Review 8913; ca. 1937; WOMEN’S AND MISSES’ FROCK. Very new and smart are the short, frilled raglan sleeves and the deep V-neckline with its knotted tie-ends at back. Soft gathers are released from the pointed slash above the waistline. Frock may also be made with narrow collar effect and long plain raglan sleeves.
