Pictorial Review 9309; 1930s; Misses' and Women's Frock: Feminine and tailored frocks alike have that wise flair for flares in their graceful skirts. Exceedingly dainty is View 1 with its softly gathered vestee, tiny sleeves with inserted shirred sections and ribbon trim. The buttoned vestee in View 2 is very smart. 12 pattern pieces.
