Pictorial Review 9311; ca. 1930s; WOMEN’S AND MISSES’ FROCK. A busy present and a brilliant future is predicted for this frock, particularly if it is made in one of the new bordered prints. The notched collar, pointed yoke and the inverted pleats, stitched partway down in back of blouse and in the skirt, are very smart.
