Polynesian 145; ca. 1960s or 1970s; Women's Dress in Two Lengths. Maxi-dress is free flowing and full length. Babydoll is knee length and flows like an A-line dress. Elbow-length half sleeves have ruffle. Both versions have ribbon detail.
