Simplicity 1050; ca. 1950s; JUNIOR MISSES’ AND MISSES’ ONE-PIECE DRESS AND SKIRT. The dress and overskirt, view 1, and the dress shown in V. 2 feature full gathered skirts, each cut in upper and lower sections. V. 1 dress, which may by worn as a blouse-petticoat, is detailed with lace on skirt and bodice and at neck and sleeve edges. The overskirt waistband is shaped in front. V. 2 armhole bands and bows and skirt trim are contrasting.
