In Style I, the oval neckline is trimmed with two ruffles and self-bias binding. Self-bias binding also finishes the short puff sleeves. Trim the skirt with contrasting bias fold tape or ribbon and match with bows at neck and sleeves. In Style II, use contrasting material for the collar which may be detachable if desired.
