Simplicity 1092; ©1944; Junior Misses' Dress: The slimly fitted bodice buttons down the front and tops a gathered skirt below the natural waistline. In Style I, the oval neckline is trimmed with two ruffles and self-bias binding. Self-bias binding also finishes the short puff sleeves. Trim the skirt with contrasting bias fold tape or ribbon and match with bows at neck and sleeves. In Style II, use contrasting material for the collar which may be detachable if desired.
