Upper and lower skirt sections are gathered. The jumper may be worn over the dress or worn separately as a jumper-dress. It features scalloped bodice trim, back button closing and a gathered skirt. Jumper has tie ends and is detailed with bias trim and bows. In view 2 the scalloped trim is of contrasting fabric.
