Vintage 1940s Blouse pattern from Penelope Rose at Artfire

Simplicity 1178; ©1945; Misses' and Women's Blouse, Weskit and Dickey: Style I, button-front weskit is slimly fitted with darts at the waistline and finished with two welt pockets and a pert bow at neck.  Style II, halter dickey is seamed down the center front and has a button-closing in back. A soft bow punctuates the V neckline.  Style III, button-front blouse, is fashioned with an extended shoulder effect and a tie collar. Self ruffling trims the front band.  Style IV, dickey, is dart fitted at waistline. The seam at the center back of neck is gathered and the right front laps overleft front to form a soft draped effect.
