Simplicity 1211; ©1944; Children's and Girl's Pinafore and Blouse: A "Mother and Daughter Fashion". For "Mother" see Simplicity 1212. The pinafore buttons down the back and is fashioned with extended shoulders. A slim inset belt releases soft gathers in the skirt which is trimmed with curved pockets. The blouse has a high, round neckline and short sleeves. In style I, lace or eyelet edging outlines the armholes and pocket openings. The neckline is square. Style II has a round neckline. In style III, self-ruffling trims the neck, armhole and pocket openings.
