Simplicity 1236; ca. mid 1940s; Misses' and Women's Two-Piece Dress, Jerkin and Blouse: The slim skirt is styled with a kick pleat at center front and back. In Style I, the top buttons in front and is finished with extended shoulders and a a tie collar. In Style II, the dart-fitted jerkin is fashioned with a cardigan neckline and front-button closing. The button-front blouse has a notched collar and bishop sleeves.
