1944: The bodice is fitted with darts at waistline and the skirt is seamed at either side of the center. The dress is finished with a front button closing. In Style 1, ruffling trims the square neckline and armhole edges. Shaped pockets are joined in side and side front underarms. The front shoulder and pockets, laced with contrasting fabric, fold back and button. Snappy dressing! Reissued as Simplicity 2119
