Simplicity 1393; ©1945;  Junior Misses' and Misses' One-Piece Dress:  A slim inset belt joins the bodice and skirt and the dress is finished wit a front-button closing to the hip.  The bodice is gathered at the lower edge and the skirt front has a pleat below the button closing.  Style I has cap sleeves, a high round neckline and patch pockets.  Top-stitching or saddle stitching outlines the inset belt, pockets and flaps.  Styles II and III feature a tie collar and three-quarter sleeves with lowered armholes.  In Style II, the collar and sleeves are in a contrasting color.
