Simplicity 1449; 1940s; Misses and Womens Two- Piece Suit: The lined jacket, slimly fitted with darts, features a deep armhole and a center back seam. The skirt front has a low pleat with stitching trim and the skirt back is cut in three sections. In Style I, a band outlines the deep armhole and the jacket is finished with a front-button closing and a rever collar. Style II has a high neckline and frog fasteners form a front closing.
