Simplicity 1477; ©1945; Children's and Girls' One-Piece Daytime and Party Dress: The back-buttoning bodice, fitted with darts comes to a point at the center front and is finished with puffed sleeves. The skirt is gathered around the entire upper edge. In Style I and III, ruffling outlines the neckline and lower sleeve and bodice edges. Style I has a square neckline. In Style II, lace edging trims the bodice front, shaped neck edge and puffed sleeves, and tie ends are inserted at the side seams. Style III, floor length version, has a shaped neckline.
