Simplicity 1546; ©1946; Misses' Two-Piece Dress: The blouse, fitted with waistline tucks, has extended shoulders and the front is gathered into forward shoulder seams. The skirt is fashioned with soft all-around pleats and is joined to a waist band. In Style I, the blouse is finished with a neckline binding. A wide purchased belt may be used. Style II has a turtle-neck collar with tie ends which knot in the back. The wide waist band has two points in front.
