Simplicity 1558; ©1946; Children's and Girl's Blouse and Skirt: The blouse is styled with short raglan sleeves and embroidered beading trims the gathered neck and lower edges of the sleeves. Ribbon is drawn through the beading and the blouse is finished with a waistline casing. The skirt is gathered at the upper edge and joined to a waist band. In Style I, a self ruffle edges the beading and the skirt has a pocket in the right side seam. In Style II, lace edging is whipped to beading at the neck and sleeves and two rows trim the skirt.
