Simplicity 1615; ©1945; Child's Pinafore and Panties: The yoke and bodice are faced and the dress is finished with a back-button closing. The tie belt joins the bodice and dirndl skirt. The panties have a front yoke and an elastic casing at the back waistline. In Style I, lace or embroidered edging may be used to trim the yoke seam, lower edge of skirt and panties. In Style II, a self ruffle outlines the yoke and hem.
