Simplicity 1638

Simplicity 1638; ©1946; The bodice, styled with extended shoulders, gathers into a peplum. The peplum has soft gathers in front and is fitted with darts in back. The skirt, seamed down the center front and back, is joined to a waist band. In style 1, the contrasting top has a keyhole neckline trimmed with a ribbon bow. In style II, contrasting band outline the square neckline and armhole edges.
