Simplicity 1649; ca. 1946; Women's One-Piece Dress. This one piece dress with its softly pleated shoulder buttons down the front. The skirt is cut in seven sections and joins the bodice at the natural waistline. Style I has a keyhole neck and three-quarter length sleeves. Saddle stitching trims the edge of the neck and sleeve. Style II has a convertible collar and cap sleeves. Tab ends fold over the belt to button the patch pockets into place.
