Simplicity 1690; ©1946; Junior Misses' and Misses' One-Piece Dress: The long torso bodice is dart-fitted at the front and back waistline. Style 1 boasts a high neck an the back opening closes with a slide fastener. The skirt is made with all around unpressed pleats. The bracelet length sleeves are made with an elastic casing at the lower edge. Style II is made with a lowered neckline and the tiny gathered sleeves are cut in two sections. A dainty ruffle trims the sleeve seam and is repeated around the neckline. The skirt is gathered 1" below the upper edge to repeat the ruffling.
