Simplicity 1703; ©1946; Girl's One-Piece Dress: Buttons travel down the front and side front section joins to the bodice front. The bodice back is shaped below the natural waistline releasing soft gathers at the skirt back. Side tie ends form eye-catching bows. Peter-pan collar and short puffed sleeves finish the dress. In Style I the contrasting collar and cuffs may be detachable or attached. In Style II a self fabric ruffle joins to the collar, sleeve and waist back seam.
