Simplicity 1734, 1940s. Children's and Girl's Lumber Jacket and Suspender Skirt. The front buttoned jacket joins the buttoned waistband and the sleeves may be bishop stile or uncuffed. The notched collar is neat and the pleated pockets have a buttoned flap. The pleated skirt is made with a side opening and is supported by suspenders that cross and button in back. View 2 appears to be intended as a Brownie Girl Scout uniform. A "Brother & Sister" fashion, for Brother's pattern see Simplicity 1731.
