Simplicity 1747; ©1946; Misses' and Women's One-Piece Dress. The bodice is softly gathered of the front and back waistline. The high neckline is complimented by the buttoned-fly front closing that travels from neck to hem. The skirt joins to the bodice at the natural waistline and flap pockets grace the front. In Style I the bishop sleeve is smart and the contrasting tie collar is detachable. A self fabric belt circles the waist. In Style II the short sleeve is shaped and top stitching edges the sleeves and pocket flaps. A large button finishes the bodice and a purchased belt is used.
