Image:Simplicity 1788 A

Simplicity 1788; ©1946; Children's and Girls Housecoat: The princess housecoat buttons from neckline to hem and tie ends are joined in the side panels. Style I is made with a small, round collar, long sleeves finished with cuffs and novelty patch pockets. In Style II, the neckline is square and the lantern sleeves are short. Embroidery makes a pretty trimming for either style. Transfer for embroidery included.
