Simplicity 1789; ©1946; Child's Pinafore: The pinafore is made with a sweetheart neckline and back-buttoning closing. The bodice and gathered skirt are joined with an inset belt and tie ends form a bow. In Style I the upper shoulder ruffle is made in contrast and edged with lace. Styles II and III are made with single ruffles and a square patch pocket trims the skirt. Embroidery makes a pretty trimming for each style. Transfer for embroidery included.
