Simplicity 1826; ©1946; Junior Misses' and Misses' Two-Piece Dress: The bodice is slimly dart-fitted and buttons down the front. The peplum is softly gathered at the side fronts, and joins the bodice at the natural waistline. The four-gored skirt is slim. In style one, the push up sleeves are gathered to a band, and the neckline is high. Style 2 is made with short sleeves and a shaped (square) neckline.
