Simplicity 1869; ©1947; The blouse features a low round neckline and puffed sleeves. Ribbon is drawn thru the neckline casing and elastic is inserted thru casing at the lower edge of sleeves. The dirndl skirt is cut in two sections and gathered to a waistband. In Style 1, lace edging trims the sleeves and neck edge. Ribbon lacings are drawn thru the eyelets of the wide, shaped belt and tie at the center front
