Simplicity 1969; ©1947; TEEN-AGE ONE-PIECE DRESS: The front-buttoning bodice, styled with gathers at the shoulder, has tucks at the front waistline and darts at the back waistline. An inset for the extended shoulders is featured. Two bonds are stitched to the softly gathered skirt and a purchased or self belt is used. In Style I, the shoulder inset and skirt bonds are of eyelet fabric. A small standing collar outlines the neck edge. Style 11 has a square neckline and the shoulder inset and skirt bands are of self fabric.
