The skirt is gathered all around and ties ends at side seams fasten into a bow at the center back. In Styles I and III, contrasting fabric is used for scalloped sections of bodice and skirt. A Peter Pan collar or lace edging may be used to trim neck. Rick rack outlines shaped bodice seam and matching rick rack trims skirt in Style II. 10 pieces.
