Simplicity 2050; ©1947; Toddler's Coat, Hat and Dress: The coat buttons down the center front and is trimmed, buttons to the right of the closing. A curved shoulder yoke releases soft gathers and the coat is finished with a Peter Pan collar and cuffs. Lining is optional. The hat has a scalloped brim and tie ends fasten in a bow under the chin. The dress is softly gathered to a curved shoulder yoke and finished with tiny puffed sleeves. In Style II, lace edging trims the neck, yoke and sleeves. Style III has a Peter Pan collar and is trimmed with ribbon inserted in eyelet beading.
