The gathered skirt joins the back-buttoning bodice at the natural waistline. A tie belt fastens into a bow at the center back. In Style I, embroidered edging trims the bodice and the contrasting collar is finished with a ribbon bow. Embroidered edging, in Style II, outlined the contrasting front panel. Bias binding edges the square neck.
