Simplicity 2200; ca. 1940s; Unprinted Pattern. Child's Coat, Hat and Dress: The coat, styled with a small, round collar, may by finished with two pockets and a four-button closing or an eight-button, double-breasted effect. The hat is fashioned with a shaped crown and brim. In Styles II and III the slim bodice releases the soft gathers of the skirt. Style II is finished with a small, round collar and sash ends, in the underarm seams. Beading trims the waistline of Style III and gathered lace edging outlines the neck.
