Pattern Description
The sleeves and high necklines of this frock are cut in one with the yoke. The blouse secton is gathered below the yoke and either links its neckline or butoones down the waistline. A back pleated skirt joines the blouse under a novelty belt. Pockets and long or short sleeves are optional
