Simplicity 2250; ©1947; Children's and Girls' Peignoir and Nightgown: The nightgown is styled with a short raglan sleeve which is gathered at the upper and lower edges. Ribbon, inserted through beading at the neckline and casing at the waistline, fastens into a bow. The peignoir has a faced front and back yoke which releases soft gathers. Eyelet embroidery outlines the yoke seams and a wide self ruffle trims the lower edge. The long sleeves are gathered and ribbon tie at the neck edge finishes the peignoir.
