Simplicity 2261; ca. 1947; Truly Teen Pattern. Teen-Age One-Piece Dress: The bodice, gathered at the side front seams, is finished with a rounded neckline. Bias folds which form a triple tier effect are enhanced by a bustle. The gathered skirt joins the bodice below the natural waistline. A slide fastener secures the back opening which extends into the skirt. The sleeves, in Style I, are three-quarter length and short in Style II.
