The flared skirt joins the bodice at the natural waist. Style I has a high, round neckline and long sleeves which are finished with cuffs. In Style II, a purchased or self belt may be used. Detachable, contrasting collar and cuffs may be used over the Peter Pan collar, and cuffs of the short sleeves.
