Simplicity 2396; ©1948; JUNIOR MISSES’ AND MISSES’ ONE-PIECE DRESS. The dart-fitted bodice buttons in back. The skirt, gathered at the upper edges, is styled with a back underskirt edging or self ruffling outlines the lower front and back edges of the overskirt. A wide sash ties into a bow at the center back. View 1 has a high neckline and three-quarter length sleeves. In View 2, a lowered neckline and short sleeves finish the dress.
